In remembering my favorite teachers, I have been fortunate to have many over the years, in different subjects. If I had to choose one favorite overall, that would be my 7th grade teacher, Sister Ann. I went to a Catholic school, and I just felt she and I clicked. She really taught us about life, and having good morals and integrity, beyond also teaching us the required curriculum. She really cared about us individually, and made us all feel special. She is one of the reasons I decided to become a teacher, and I try to display some of the same characteristics of her classroom in my own. I felt she always tried to be fair, and we really respected her for that.
I'd like you to write a blog post about teachers you feel have made a difference in your life, and list what makes them a favorite of yours. You can list any teachers from preschool until now, and include coaches, Sunday school teachers, etc. Obviously I hope you'll name me as one of them, but you don't have to. ;)
